Engineering

We offer full structural engineering services for our frames, both in Canada and the United States.

Manufacturing

All manufacturing of our timber frames takes place in our on site production facility. Whether your project is being cut using CAD/CAM machinery or hand cut by our craftsmen, your always welcome to come see us in action.

Enclosure System

Leaving nothing to chance, we also design the full enclosure system of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS) or pre-built walls for your home.  Your walls and roof are made to our specifications so we both know that they will fit perfectly when they are installed on site.  We also offer full window and door packages that compliment the quality and efficiency of our frame and enclosure systems.

Raising

We offer full raising services for your timber frame and enclosure system.  We are also pleased to offer raising supervision and support if you or your contractor would like to assist in the raising.

Kiln Drying

We have our own 50,000 bdft dehumidification kiln that is used to dry green timber or further dry our standing dead timber supply upon request.  Kiln drying is also available as a stand alone service.

Additional Construction Services – We can also offer additional complimentary building services within a 100km radius of our facility.
