We take your conceptual ideas through development into full 3D models, architectural and structural drawings. Whether you are working with your own architect / designer or one of ours, we will expertly incorporate beautiful timber frames into well designed, value engineered, system built homes.
Using our specialized Cadwork© software, we virtually build your home in the 3D environment. This is much more that a drawing tool for us. Every detail that goes into the construction of your timber frame home is represented in exact detail in our model.
This has proven absolutely invaluable for both ourselves and our clients. On one hand, this allows you to stand inside your home and look at the frame, look down from your loft into your great room, look out the windows… before anything is finalized. Once you’ve seen your home form the inside and out, you can be assured that you are getting exactly what you want. On the other hand, perhaps you discover that a view is obstructed by a timber truss, or there is a head room issue entering the garage loft…. No problem. We simply change the plans to correct the problem. No time was wasted on the job site; no materials were wasted; no compromises had to made; the problem was solved before it became a problem.
