Through the use of computer aided drafting (CAD) software, we can fully model your timber frame in 3D and present it to you for your approval before a single timber is cut. Our European 3D-CAD software is specifically designed for the heavy timber industry. It handles the most complicated structures with ease, and integrates with our CNC pre-cut machines. Traditional timber frame connections require a high level of skill and craftsmanship similar to that of producing fine furniture. By using computer driven (CNC) wood processing machinery, much of the time and sometimes-hazardous work has been alleviated. This frees up skilled labor where it is most needed… for the finishing details. The use of CNC wood processing machinery provides the means to produce advanced joinery details that exhibit a high degree of accuracy and repeatability. By using CNC technology, our production facility can produce timber frame components within tolerances of 12/1000 of an inch. Just imagine how smoothly this will make things come together on your jobsite.
